We are currently looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join across the Adelaide Region and Surrounds. Ideally with 2-4 years of in-field Business Development Manager experience.Duties and responsibilities:Building solid working relationships and developing rapport with key stakeholdersLiaising with current and potential clientsSearching for and generating new business prospects by engaging various sales techniquesMaintaining current client databaseTo be successful in this role you need:Self-Starter attitude (must)Proven experience in selling products, solutions and services to the construction industry including fastenersDemonstrated engagement & partnering with customers to differentiate from competitors in the marketGood communication skills and account management skillsThe ability to identify and capture new business opportunities within existing customersSelf-motivated with an ability to work autonomouslyA hunter personality with a ‘can do attitude’, excited by developing businessYou will be Reporting to the National Sales Manager and working alongside Store Managers spearheading sales and account growth.Experience in selling trade / industrial tools, machinery and or consumables direct to the industrial, construction and associated sector is preferred but not essential.This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-performing company, which will provide you with an opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive environment.This role will provide a generous Salary + Super + Car for the successful candidate.
