With our upcoming project pipeline, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Contracts Administrator to play a key role in delivering exceptional results from start to finish.
About the Position
As the Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Project Manager.
You will collaborate with site, design, and project teams to deliver multiple projects across NSW, from design stages through to completion.
These projects range up to $10M.
You will liaise with clients and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard.

* Cost control, budgeting, forecasting
* Client management
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator
* Solid local experience working as a Contracts Administrator on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
* Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline
* Strong track record of stability with previous employers
