Your responsibilities will include delivering expert pastoral and personal support services, assisting in the planning and delivery of pre-study programs that enhance student preparedness, and providing valuable advice on enrolment pathways, financial assistance options and other key supports available for students.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCETo succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree qualification in a relevant field and a solid understanding of the challenges Indigenous students face in higher education. You bring strong administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering supportive relationships with students and delivering early intervention support to address individual wellbeing and support needs.
