Westfill is a specialised underground mining contractor and service provider based in Western Australia, with decades of boots-on-the-ground experience and practical knowledge to provide quality personnel, products and operational contract services into the underground mining industry.As a Perth-based Group Maintenance Superintendent, you will oversee maintenance strategies across mine sites, focusing on implementing OEM life cycle plans, preventive maintenance scheduling, and managing inventory through the Pronto system. Your role involves hiring, training, and performance managing maintenance staff, while also driving process optimisation to streamline maintenance activities and ensure operational efficiency.
