Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have clear and concise communication skills, a high attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a well-rounded knowledge of ICT offerings.The Senior Business Development Manager will be the primary contact for all our existing accounts and new customer accounts along with building their own pipeline for growth.Key Responsibilities:Handle all internal sales requests.Keep our customers up to date with our product offerings.Quote up and present our offerings to our customers.Account manage and work with our existing customers to identify where they are not using our services and solutions.Create, present and close quotes for our services and solutions to our existing customers.Be the main point of contact for all internal sales requests within the business.Proactively develop exceptional relationships with all our customers.Possess a strong awareness of our products and services and understand how to identify an ROI.Work closely with Senior technical members within the business on design, costing and scoping of projects.Skills and Experience:To be successful in your application you will need:A demonstrated background in IT Sales.Have a great understanding from a sales perspective of:Cloud ComputingLAN TechnologiesWireless NetworkingWAN solutionsO365Active Directory DeploymentsDesktop protectionCloud based telephony solutions.A broad understanding of Cybersecurity Prevention.Very high attention to detail.Ability to chase monthly targets.Excellent communication and verbal skills.Capable of working unassisted after training.Self-Motivated and a TEAM player.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify business requirements that translate into solution offerings.To be eligible for this role, the applicant must have a demonstrated background in ICT Sales within an MSP and be a permanent resident of Australia.
