Alstom team is looking for 2 X Maintenance Technicians - Electrical to join the team based in Rouse Hill.
The primary responsibility in this position is to maintain and carry out preventative maintenance programs and repair the Rail equipment.

Description
1. Conduct Electrical control systems component calibrations, fault diagnosis, maintenance and retrofit repair on rail equipment.
2. Interrogation and diagnostic testing on equipment installed on the Sydney Metro System.
3. Actively maintain and repair tram /train equipment including safety procedures (preventive and corrective maintenance).
4. Completing works in a fixed workshop and field service environment.
5. Soldering, labelling, wiring and installation of new electro - mechanical equipment.
Profile
6. Cert III in Engineering - Electrical (Mandatory)
7. Maintenance Experience ( Preventative & Corrective)
8. Australian Citizenship or working visa.
9. Proven experience as an electrician conducting fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, reading schematics, and connecting switchboards.
10. Strong understanding of PLC and SCADA systems would be advantageous.
11. Excellent Communication skills.
Job Offer
12. The role starts with a 12-month assignment with a view to extension and/or becoming permanent directly with Alstom.
