About the Role
We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will drive listing and selling opportunities by building client relationships and implementing proactive marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* List, market and sell properties to expand our real estate business
* Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs
* Participate in Branch business development programs to achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
* Evaluate and ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
* Collaborate with the Elders team to explore new innovative opportunities and maximise promotional opportunities
About You
To succeed at Elders, you must have:
* Local real estate industry experience and associated influences
* The ability to appraise properties and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
* A valid Real Estate licence or the ability to gain one (essential) and a current driver's licence
* Sound Real Estate marketing skills
* An understanding of Real Estate Legislation
* Excellent communication, organisational, negotiation and client relationship skills
* A keen eye for detail with advanced written and verbal communication skills
