DevOps Practices: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and Packer to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and efficient software releases. System Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement and manage monitoring solutions using stacks such as Elastic Stack (ELK), ensuring system performance, reliability, and security. Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift. Automation & Scripting: Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Python, or other languages. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with scalability, security, and performance in mind. Security: Implement security best practices across cloud environments, including IAM, network security, data protection, and compliance. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting support for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud and DevOps roles, with strong hands-on experience in AWS. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.Technical Skills: Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Elasticache, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3). Proficiency in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Packer). Experience with monitoring stacks such as Elastic Stack (ELK). Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift). Knowledgeable with PHP applications, including Drupal. Solid experience with server-side administration using Linux (RHEL). Familiarity with Windows Server and Entra ID is a bonus.Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and produce technical documentation. Technically curious, investigative by nature, analytical, and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
