You will have at least 3 years' experience in account management and new business development. You will have a natural ability to build relationships identify new opportunities and lead negotiations. Above all you will love pastries!This is what you will do You will be a highly motivated individual and key to your success will be:Building great relationships with our food service customers including distributor partners Presenting our product range to customers, at trade shows, conferences and working in-field with distributor sales teamsPartnering with end user customers to drive business opportunities Plan and manage a call cycle to ensure customer coverage aligned to business plans and budgetsGrow existing customer base and identify new business opportunitiesBe willing to travel, including occasional after-hours timing for customer and our team events (often in Melbourne) This is what you need to succeed: Previous account management experience with a range of food service customers and an understanding of the distributor model Previous success of sales and profit growth with customers Analytical insight to your account performance trends and strategies Team focused mindset Understanding of the full sales life cycle (supply chain, logistics, NPD, customer support, finance/pricing) Knowledge of food service channels and market segment Background in bakery segment highly advantageous Your own vehicle and driver's license - car allowance provided Place of work: Sydney/NSW (remote/home office) with intra and interstate travel required Sounds interesting?
