About the Business
Our Communications and Engagement team provide services and advice across a range of areas, including internal and external promotions, media and risk management, sector and stakeholder engagement, events, social media, graphic and multimedia design, website and intranet content.
The Manager, Corporate Communications is a role within Communications and Engagement and is accountable to the Director, Communications and Engagement for:
1. Providing leadership in the corporate communications team and contributing to an informed and engaged workforce via effective internal communication and employee engagement.
2. Leading and managing the development and implementation of the department’s employee engagement and communications strategy.
3. Managing department-wide projects and activities, overseeing participation at events and developing community engagement strategies.
4. Providing high-level, expert corporate communications advice and services to a range of internal and external stakeholders, including the department’s Chief Executive, senior executives, departmental staff, peak bodies and government and non-government agencies.
Special Conditions
National Police Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).

Screening Checks
