About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will operate Coles vans to safely deliver customer orders to their homes. This role involves navigating local neighbourhoods during the day or night, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of groceries.
Responsibilities include picking and packing orders to a high standard, preparing them for delivery. To excel in this position, you must be able to work with enthusiasm, energy, and pace while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
About You and Your Skills
* Provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
* Hold an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and maintain a safe driving record
* Confidently navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
* Be physically active, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points
* Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
