Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computing Science, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience of 5+ years as a technical writer, preferably in the SaaS or software industry, with a strong portfolio of technical documentation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret technical information from various sources.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality documentation.Experience producing software tour or training videos, including hands-on screen capture & basic video/audio editing. It will also be beneficial (not mandatory) if you have: Knowledge of business continuity, incident management, or mass communications.High level of competency in MS 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
