About the Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager of Finance & Business Support to oversee the end-to-end management accounting and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of accurate and timely month-end processing, including detailed analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and provide information/support for fortnightly payroll. What you'll bring to the team To be successful in this role, you will hold degree level qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent. You will have excellent communication skills, be a collaborative problem solver, and have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in similar tasks as well as: Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret and analyse complex data. Experience working with large ERP systems and system improvement projects. Experience in the Aged Care industry (highly desirable). Experience leading teams. Role Responsibilities: Provide information to external auditors for annual statutory accounts. Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, General Ledger, IT (alongside external IT provider), and the Reception Team. Provide information and support for fortnightly payroll to outsourced provider; be able to process payroll in the event the outsourced provider is unavailable. Present monthly financial results to the senior management team. Ensure BAS/GST compliance. Prepare Aged Care Compliance Reporting on a quarterly and annual basis. Assist the Finance Business Partner with: Finance projects, including ERP software upgrades and enhancements. Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Input and support on business cases, scenario analysis, and ad hoc project work. What's on Offer: Salary 90k-100K + Super salary sacrificing options available.
