Job description ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This company is widely regarded as one of Canberra's leading building firms, with over 2 decades of proven and demonstrated experience delivering high-end bespoke projects. Specialising in both residential and commercial projects, valued in the $20M to $80M range, this business has recently won a number of projects and due to continuous project pipeline, they are looking to grow their team with an experienced Foreman to start immediately.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the project site, it's trades, contractors, and ensure that the project is being delivered within the parameters of excellent WHS, quality, and time management. This opportunity is best suited to a candidate looking for a career defining role that will propel them in their industry with exposure to high-end bespoke projects across the Canberra region.
DUTIES.
1. On-site construction activity management
2. Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
3. Construction program scheduling
4. Sub-contractor Management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
5. Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
6. Multi-residential Foreman experience highly favourable but not essential
7. 3+ years project experience
