What do you do?
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and clients to facilitate smooth communication of matters and ensuring administrative tasks are completed Distributing relevant documents and information to stakeholders and 3rd parties in a timely manner Correctly filing office documents and overseeing file management Conducting database entry and preparing reports Assisting with client enquiries Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless client experience Being one of the points of contact for operational and finance enquiries and providing necessary information to relevant parties Assisting the Director, and Operations Coordinator with adhoc tasks What do you need?
Australian experience in Financial Planning Administration / Conveyancing / Brokerage is highly desirable Ability to work autonomously and within a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidently communicating with clients and managing enquiries Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and organisational skills The ability to consistently meet deadlines, document updates and invoicing Interacting with stakeholders in a positive manner to contribute to the overall operational efficiency and success of the team If you're as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
