Work as part of a multidisciplinary team throughout the health services across Inland and provide high quality, patient-centred, evidence-based clinical care in line with the health services values.Have the opportunity to provide leadership, training, supervision and education to the Doctors in Training, in consultation with other specialists and senior staff.The LocationRegional South West - Western AustraliaMultiple Locations:Site A: A 24-bed hospital with a 24-hour emergency/outpatient department, maternity/labour delivery suite, palliative care, allied health services and visiting surgeons.Site B: A 25-bed acute patient care facility with 5 bay emergency/outpatient department with a maternity / labour suite, theatre suite, palliative care, allied health and Radiology services.Site C: A 12-bed acute care patient facility, with 2 bay emergency/outpatient department, Emergency Telehealth Service, Radiology and Palliative care services.Site D: A 20-bed facility with a 2-bay emergency/outpatient department, Pathology, Allied health services, Radiology (including ultrasound). Medical services are provided by visiting GP's and are supported by the Emergency Telehealth Service (ETS).Site E: In heart of Manjimup, Warren Health service is an 18-bed hospital, with a 6 bay emergency department, palliative care, theatre, PathWest and Ambulatory Care Services.Do you dream of living in a region where you feel a strong sense of belonging,? You are only a drive away, where you can enjoy the sun, sand and crystal clear waters on the weekends!Some of the recreational activities that you can enjoy in the South West - Inland include:Essential CriteriaYou will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the below key attributes:Currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical PractitionerSeveral years experience as a Medical Practitioner in general medicine, general practice and/or emergency medicine.Relevant post graduate qualifications, demonstrated proactive career progression or currently engaged in relevant Australian training pathway.Relevant skills and experience to work in rural and remote WA as an independent senior practitioner.The PackageCirca $400,000 per annum inclusive of relocation package$343,988 - $365,773 p.a Shown as Fixed Term Full Time Base Salary, Professional Development Allowance and 11% employer-contributed Superannuation (as of July 1st 2023).
