Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Support basic systems administration tasks such as user account setup and permissions. Assist with basic networking tasks, including connectivity troubleshooting and network setup. Perform onsite visits to client locations when required (a car is essential for this role). Set up and configure new equipment under guidance. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues. Update and maintain technical documentation. Role Requirements: A genuine passion for IT and a willingness to learn. Excellent customer service skills – you’re friendly, approachable, and love helping people. Great communication skills – both written and verbal. Ability to work well in a team environment and support others. A proactive attitude and a desire to take on new challenges.
