Below are some of the roles and responsibilities of the position, but are not limited to:
* Ensure all compliance paperwork for participants is completed by support workers across all shifts, taking necessary actions to maintain compliance standards.
* Maintain updated appointments in the communication book.
* Prepare daily reports for clients.
* Manage and maintain the vehicle log book.
* Scan and save paperwork in the system.
* Undertake additional tasks as requested by the office.
* Regularly update participants' care plans.
* Ensure proper maintenance of company property and vehicles.
* Manage grocery needs for participants on a weekly basis.
* Assist participants with mobility and communication requirements.
* Participate in individual care planning.
* Observe and report changes in participants' conditions, and address any care-related complaints.
* Assist with rehabilitation exercises, basic treatments, and medication delivery.
* Community access with participants, including shopping, medication pick-up, and general hobbies.
* Document participant progress and changes through detailed note-taking.
* Administer medication where needed.
* Meal preparation for participants where needed.
* Providing emotional support and friendship.
