RSPCA Victoria's values of Clarity, Accountability, Respect, Consideration, Expertise and Collaboration – set clear expectations for all our staff and volunteers as they work together, and with the community.About the roleThe Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for delivering all aspects of RSPCA Victoria's corporate partnerships program, which contributes to organisational sustainability by attracting financial and in-kind support from businesses through mutually beneficial partnerships.The position reports to the Senior Manager, Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships and manages a team of employees and volunteers.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountability for setting and achieving annual income targets across the Corporate Partnerships portfolio – Corporate Donations, Corporate Sponsorship, Workplace Giving & Fundraising, Corporate Support Days, Animal Office Visits.Accountability for setting and achieving annual income targets for partnerships and programs managed by our national office – National Workplace Giving, RSPCA Pet Insurance etc. – by providing the required support from a Victorian perspective.Leadership to the Corporate Partnerships Team to manage, lead, train and develop employees and volunteers to the highest levels of performance, engagement and job satisfaction.Prospecting and Identification – Promoting corporate giving by identifying prospects, initiating contact and responding to incoming inquiries.Promotion and solicitation - Develop and pitch effective partnership proposals to corporate prospects including philanthropic support, sponsorship and commercial opportunities, workplace giving and in-kind support.Stewardship and Retention – Actively manage relationships with corporate supporters and businesses who already donate financially and in-kind.Regular reporting (financial and qualitative) to the Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Philanthropy on the program's successes, challenges and strategic direction.Ensure accurate records are kept on our CRM database.Work closely with key internal, external and interstate (RSPCA) stakeholders to develop key strategies and initiatives that support the Corporate Partnerships program.Build cross-organisational relationships to identify, activate and maximise fundraising opportunities, including promoting and supporting good fundraising practices for all RSPCA Victoria teams.Who we're looking forRSPCA Victoria is seeking an experienced Corporate Partnerships professional with:Relevant tertiary qualifications or previous experience in a charitable organisation leading and developing a high performing corporate partnerships program.High level communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to connect with and influence a diverse range of people.Sound knowledge of fundraising legislation, practices and philosophies of charitable giving and corporate partnerships.Understanding of CRM database management.Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment.What's on offer?Hybrid working arrangements available (2 days per week from home), after initial induction and training.Ability to purchase additional leave and have a monthly RDO.Recognised by Mental Health First Aid Australia, as an advanced workplace - Access to a range of mental health and wellbeing supportive initiatives; including confidential counselling services and education programs.Generous discounts on products and services, including Royal Canin pet food, Hush Puppies footwear, Bupa healthcare and RSPCA Victoria retail.Access to a range of learning and development opportunities.Recruitment RequirementsWillingness to undergo a National Police Check.Valid Working with Children Check.Valid driver's license.How to applyTo learn more about this job opportunity, please visit our website at rspcavic.org and download the Position Description for more details.
