Job Description
You would be responsible for managing the front of house team as well as the day-to-day running of restaurant(s) located across various locations including Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, and the Yarra Valley.
Skills & Experience
You would need to be commercially minded to understand how to operate profitably.
Be a hands-on leader and have the skill set to hire, train, and manage a front of house team.
Understand how to create an unforgettable high-end dining experience.
Have good wine knowledge.
Sell and execute functions and events.
Be available to work weekends and evenings.
Neat and tidy presentation.
Ensure that the restaurant is clean and maintained.
Must have RSA certificate.
This position requires a diploma in hospitality or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year
