This is a mid-weight role – you may have experience in sales support and feel ready to handle your own accounts or may have experience managing your own customers and are looking to get into the licensed pop culture industry.
A broad appreciation for movies, music, TV, anime, and all things pop culture would be a distinct advantage, but we are more concerned with finding the right person.JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for retaining & growing a portfolio of existing & new customer accounts.
You will work together with the wider team to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to achieve sales targets.Supporting the Sales Team as a key contact person, you will handle calls & emails, create presentations, analyse sales data, create accurate product submissions, and assist with the day-to-day functions of the sales team.The role will involve:Building & managing relationships with your customers, ensuring you understand & stay ahead of the customers' needs.Working with the sales team, you will curate product ranges for your customers and present them in professional presentations.Taking up existing leads & looking for new mass market opportunities both for our existing products & brands and for products we could potentially develop to create opportunities.Supporting the Sales Team, you will create PowerPoint presentations, product sales sheets & occasional ad hoc marketing materials using existing templates.Collating data from our internal software, Krunchbox & other sources to produce a reporting set each week to monitor sales performance & trends.Managing your time and priorities as decided in weekly production manager meetings and being accountable for the goals set by the business.Excel tasks including submissions, creating reports, and detailed sales analysis.Weekly analysis, monitoring & reporting of sales results for key retail accounts.Attending trade shows in Australia & potentially overseas.Working with our operations team to manage in-store executions and merchandising operations.Some interstate and overnight travel will be required to attend meetings, trade shows, and licensor presentations.Impact is an equal opportunity employer who believes in employing the right person for the right role, someone who is prepared to be an integral part of our growth strategy and considers this role a long-term commitment.
