ABOUT THE ROLE
St Agnes’ are seeking experienced, Certificate III / IV home carers to join our casual pool with the flexibility to be able to work a range of shifts between Monday to Sunday.
Our Home Care service delivers a wide range of services to aged residents within the local community, enabling more aged residents to remain in their own home and live the life they choose.
As a Home Care Employee, with no two days ever the same, you will support with a range of services from personal care, medication assistance, light meal preparation, domestic assistance and transporting clients to and from appointments. You will spend your time interacting one-on-one with the clients and their loved ones within their homes and outside in the community. You will be driven to improve their independence and well-being, attentively providing the support outlined in their care plan, all with kind and caring approach. You will be passionate about making a difference and bringing empathy and compassion to your client's lives.

* Certificate III / IV in Individual Support or Aged Care
* Professional experience in the care sector
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
* The ability to observe accurately and follow directions precisely
* Basic computer & phone skills with willingness to undergo training if needed
* Flexibility to be able to work a range of shifts between Monday to Sunday
* A Drivers Licence and own registered, comprehensively vehicle suitable to transport clients
