OUR TEAM
As part of our VTS business, our PRV team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our purpose.
YOUR ROLE:
Come join us as a Maintenance Planner where you will be primarily be focused on the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities in support of Bushmaster assets. You will be responsible for ensuring services level obligations are met, as well as other key factors including; schedule, quality, budget and safety considerations..
Working at our Brisbane, Eagle Farm office, on Jagera and Turrbul Land, your day to day responsibilities include:
* Planning and scheduling servicing and maintenance activities in support of Bushmaster assets, both within our service centre facilities and at forward repair service sites.
* Supporting the Maintenance Planning Lead in the coordination of work activities, focusing on improvements to quality and continuous improvement activity.
* Regularly reporting on key data, providing commentary and monitoring variances to provide proactive insights in relation to overall planning and scheduling tasks.
* Generating creative work solutions and troubleshooting potential issues that may impact broader business operations.
* Maintaining a high level of communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
* A relevant tertiary qualification or trade background and/or demonstrated experience in a similar planning/scheduling role, ideally within a similar organisation/environment.
* Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling ideally coupled with a demonstrated knowledge of Defence repair and support processes and practices.
* Well-developed Microsoft Excel skills, and working knowledge of MS Project an advantage.
* Any previous experience in the use of MILIS ERP System is highly preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and well-developed organisational and prioritising skills with an eye for detail.
