The Job…..
Reporting through to a manager, you will be responsible for the following:
* Provide front-line customer service.
* Maintain accurate customer records for easy staff access.
* Perform reception duties: answer calls, greet visitors, and support colleagues as needed.
* Coordinate meetings: manage schedules, organise catering, prepare agendas, and follow up on actions.
* Draft routine correspondence, emails, and briefs using standard templates.
* Stay informed on programs and promote them to stakeholders.
* Handle mail and packages.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate reception role.
* Government experience will be favoured.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to stay focused in a busy, fast paced environment.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
