This role will support HSBC Australia’s Wealth and Personal Banking business and will be responsible for requirements, design, change and implementation management. You will work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and designing options for implementation, then defining and working with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of an agreed program of work.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Working on agile project methodologies and tools to ensure program deliverables and timelines are met.
* Define requirements, business solutions implementation plans and assist with program delivery
* Manages the change implementation activities, project reporting and delivery and handover including business readiness assessment
* Works with stakeholders to agree solutions, and drive delivery on time and within project budget
* Supports the program management and reporting
