They support their customers with innovative supply chain solutions, technical product expertise, and tailored solutions to meet the ever-changing demands of the industry.In a fast-paced and demanding market, they recognize that their success lies in both the quality of their distribution network as well as their people.The Opportunity:This is a key position for a commercially minded professional to manage and grow relationships with major customers in the mining and industrial sectors. You’ll also be responsible for expanding distributor networks and introducing a newly acquired product line.Engaging with senior decision-makers at head office and building strong relationships on-site with end users, you’ll play a critical role in both retaining and expanding key accounts.This role includes travel to mine sites in the Pilbara and Goldfields—approximately one week per quarter.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain trusted relationships with Engineering, Procurement, and Technical teams on-site.Provide technical solutions and project support to customers.Drive business development, project tracking, and strategic growth.Conduct market analysis and support long-term business planning.Key Requirements:2+ years experience selling in to the mining or related industry – ideally you will come from a background selling: pipes and fittings, valves, equipment, pumps, instrumentation, or similar.Ideally, you will have relationships both at head office level as well as on-site with the end user.Experience developing and managing high-value accounts and driving growth.Professional, Energetic, Driven - willing to develop the right person.Up to $140 + Super + Company Car (Negotiable for the right person).Accountable role with high-value accounts and strong growth opportunities.
