Casual Position About the Role Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Pharmacy Store Person to join our pharmacy team on a casual basis.
This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate receipting, storage, and distribution of medications and IV fluids across wards and departments.
You'll play a vital part in maintaining stock accuracy and supporting pharmacy operations in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Verify incoming goods accurately against orders Rotate and organise stock efficiently Monitor inventory through regular stocktakes Assemble and supply pharmacy stock to clinical areas Support documentation and archive storage processes Key Responsibilities • Receive, check and store pharmaceutical goods• Manage stock levels and monitor expiry dates• Distribute stock to wards and clinical units• Maintain pharmacy storeroom organisation• Assist with order assembly and delivery• Support pharmacy administrative tasks as required Skills & Experience • Experience in pharmacy or similar storeroom setting• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Good interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to prioritise and manage workload• Basic computer and inventory systems skills To see a full copy of the Position Description please click here Interested?
