Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance resources and support for youth. Advocate for the rights and needs of young individuals within the community. Provide educational resources and conduct training sessions on relevant topics. Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities. Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to youth development.
