Highly talented business units coupled with management's transparent & honest attitude towards staff make us ready for any building emergency.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Engage, coordinate & manage trades during the building/construction process for buildings damaged by insurable eventsCommunicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobsLiaise between insured parties & insurance companiesCoordinate access to properties with insured partiesDispute / issue resolution as requiredEnsure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirementsEnsure all relevant inspections, certificates & documentation are signed offWork closely with Estimators & On-Site SupervisorsAssist in organising contracts, processing quotes & updating variationsCost reportingSupport & assist the administration team when requiredKey Selection Criteria:Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy?
