Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Training and monitoring staff for events, with support for additional recruitment when needed.
* Creating and maintaining operational documentation, including rosters, daily checklists, emergency procedures, and licensing binders.
* Delivering high-quality face-to-face customer service at each event.
* Ensuring the quality of events, including site cleanliness, safety, and security, as well as event operations.
* Managing event budgets and operational expenditure for general event operations.
* Handling ordering or purchasing for event needs and keeping OPEX costs low.
* Overseeing venue cleanliness and performing periodic checks.
* Addressing event fixes and general maintenance promptly, and liaising with the Production team and suppliers when necessary.
* Dealing with contractors, suppliers, and external teams running events on site.
* Liaising with Fever to ensure smooth operations and providing recommendations for process gaps.
* Reporting daily activity onsite through Show Reports (including Incident Reports).
* Supporting marketing, PR, corporate, or VIP activities and experiences that take place in the venue.
* Developing knowledge shares of building-specific items, including fixes, procedures, operations, and best practices.
