Job Description
This is an opportunity to work with a government arm that specializes in construction management, design and construct, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of client programs by working with supervisors and project managers, as well as liaising with clients.
* Report to management and clients on the status of maintenance programs, including budgets, expenditure, delivery timeframes, and works still in tender stage.
* Review documentation and quotes prior to submission to ensure the proposed scope of works matches the client brief.
* Communicate with clients and supervisors on project updates.
Requirements
* Previous construction experience.
* A trade background is ideal.
* Strong communication skills for liaising with trades and supervisors.
* Previous experience working on commercial or residential projects.
* Well organized with a strong work ethic.
* Self motivation and reliability.
