Position Description - Project Coordinator The key accountability of the Project Coordinator role is to provide support to the Sales and Project Management Teams. It includes general account management, quoting and project handover for new client projects as well as working with our many long-term Key Accounts.Some of your duties will include (but may not be limited to):Assisting in the preparation of quotes, quote documentation and tenders Reviewing documentation issued for tender and preparation of RFT responses. This includes (but is not limited to):coordination of supplier pricingreview of architectural plans, drawings and schedulesordering of samples and mock-up items, often involving highly-detailed joinery and furniture piecesPreparation of Bills of Quantity and Factory/Supplier RFQ documentsAssist with the management of account information including liaising with our Sales team members in Australia, New Zealand, and the UAEEnsure clear and accurate documentation is provided to the project coordination staff for ordering purposesReview completed projects with project coordination staff to assess the accuracy of estimating and project profitability compared to forecastingRespond to supplier and team inquiries in a timely and professional mannerCreate marketing and sales documents to support the Sales TeamProvide accurate and clear handovers of projects won to the Project Management teamEnsure accurate and prompt recording in CRM systems (Pipedrive)Coordination of delivery of samples from suppliers to clients and maintaining fabric samples for the Sales and Interior Design teamsPromote a positive culture and always work to achieve company goals and valuesAnswer phone and website inquiries and other general duties as directedSKILLS REQUIREDHighly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracyOutstanding customer service skillsGood communication skills with the ability to easily build rapport with a wide demographic of peopleExceptional time management and multi-tasking abilitiesA solutions-focused, problem-solver mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and ExcelKnowledge of but ideally experienced with Adobe Suite, with a focus on Acrobat ProKnowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, REVIT or similar drawing software is preferredKnowledge of Pipedrive or a similar CRM preferredKnowledge of EstimateOne and/or similar RFT platforms preferredExperience in a similar role is preferred, but not essentialIf you feel you have the experience and skills required for this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV along with a cover letter outlining your suitability for the position
