This position will focus on the administration, maintenance and support of ICT systems, ensuring the effective delivery of ICT services throughout the School. You will play a vital role in enhancing our technological capabilities and providing high quality technical support to staff and students.This role requires you to be onsite at our Canterbury location, where you’ll play a key part in supporting both staff and students. As a vital member of our ICT team, your presence onsite will ensure seamless collaboration and effective service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support the Windows server infrastructure, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and IIS, ensuring system updates and file sharing are managed effectively.Oversee the deployment and management of Windows hardware and software using Intune and Autopilot, while ensuring compliance and asset reporting.Administer and monitor various cloud systems (Microsoft, Google, Adobe) and manage identity access with Entra ID, including user access and SAML configurations.Manage Portal/LMS administration, including UPS, system integration, and page design, while creating and importing new staff and student accounts.Develop and maintain SQL database systems and manage SIS for user accounts, permissions, and data export, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.Monitor and maintain print and scan management software and Music Management software, proactively identifying problem trends and implementing permanent solutions.Create and support scripts and custom web pages using PowerShell, ASP, and PHP, and assist with the development of electronic forms and workflows.Provide level 2 and level 1 (as required) technical support to staff and students, for hardware and software issues across a blended Mac/PC environment, including troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity, Unified Communication services, print management systems and VMware maintenance.Assist with the backup process.About YouKnowledge & skills:Relevant experience in an ICT setting.Specialist knowledge of small/mid and large range of technical applications.Fundamentals of Windows operating system platforms.Knowledge and experience with Windows Server Administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, NTFS, Group Policies, etc.).Knowledge and experience with Intune (Deployment, Reporting, Scripting).Knowledge and experience with Windows and Mac client computers.Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting client computer problems.Understand the following:Programming/Scripting languages (ASP, PHP, ASP.NET C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, SAML)VMWareApplication design & developmentBackup solutionsUnified communications for VOIP, Messaging, Web ConferencingEntra ID, Office 365, Google WorkspaceProven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving skills.Clear and highly effective verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve outcomes.Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.Ability to exercise sensitivity and confidentiality in all dealings.QualificationsRelevant ICT qualifications (desirable)Working with Children CheckNational Crime CheckWHY JOIN CAMBERWELL GRAMMAR SCHOOL?At Camberwell Grammar we have a vision of learning which encompasses all aspects of life - not just the intellectual, but also the social, cultural, physical and spiritual.
