Group Training OrganisationPart-time (24-32 hours per week) permanent position within the Finance team where your payroll processing skills will see you involved in processing two payrolls each week for our 200+ apprentices. Using electronic timesheets and a web-based payroll system, this role requires attention to detail, efficient processing skills and excellent communication skills to liaise with apprentices and host employers.What the role involves: -Payroll processing (end to end).Sound knowledge of ATO, Superannuation and RTWSA requirements. Award interpretation.Use of Business banking software.We would love to hear from you if you are able to demonstrate the following attributes: At least two years' payroll experience.Extensive knowledge of payroll preparation, processing, reconciliation and reporting.Experience using Work Force One software but not essential.Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong time management skills.Highly developed analytical skills.
