Senior Analyst - Transfer Pricing
Amazon is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Amazon Web Services business across the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities:
* End-to-end development, implementation and monitoring of transfer pricing policies, including:
* Supporting business launches and restructurings, developing new TP policies, financial modelling and business/asset valuations
* Supporting the implementation of new TP policies, preparation of inter-company agreements, monitoring TP outcomes against policy
* Contributing to and reviewing TP documentation, benchmarking and regulatory filings
* Supporting transfer pricing audits and APAs
* Driving process improvement initiatives in the transfer pricing operations and compliance processes
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant discipline
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to extract, analyse, and review data and make appropriate recommendations
* Excellent project management, organisational, analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced degree and/or relevant professional qualification
* Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
* 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
* Ability to extract, analyse, and review data and make appropriate recommendations
* Excellent project management, organisational, analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
