Your Day-to-Day:
E nsure that all technical documents align with required contractual obligations and adhere to organisational frameworks.
Maintain compliance with relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all technical documents.
Conduct root cause analysis, identify process issues, and propose corrective actions to improve workflow and documentation processes.
Present improvement strategies and recommendations to leadership teams to implement strategic changes.
What Makes You Perfect for the Role?
Degree qualified in Business or a related field.
Experience working in a large complex organisation supporting Enterprise/ Fed Gov clients is desirable.
Strong communication skills with experience in dealing with all levels of an organisation.
Experience with ISO 9001 is desirable.
You must be an Australian citizen and eligible for Federal Government security clearance.
