Responsibilities
1. General Admin and Finance Position Responsibilities
2. Provide routine clerical or other administrative support responsibilities including general telephone, front office enquiries, mail deliveries, assisting with stock control, supporting organisation of meetings, receiving and initial processing of standard paperwork
3. Maintain, enter and retrieve data from the schools IT systems, such as the school's records system, including computerised student, staff and school records
4. Maintain and update office records, enrolment data, diary records, and basic written records
5. Source basic data or factual information from given sources to support school administrative functions, books, reports, manuals, catalogues, tables, forms, etc.
6. In consultation with the principal, determine and manage work priorities within the school office
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to ensure effective administration procedures
8. Coordinate the implementation of requisitioning, purchasing and issuing (orders and invoices).
9. Assist with client reception and office operations procedures
10. Liaise with school staff in regard to support requirements
11. Supports the first aid facilities and assists in delivering first aid to students
12. Maintain the schools financial records in relation to accounts payable.
13. Prepare financial documentation in line with school compliance and government requirements.
14. Ensure all relevant financial reports are checked and any discrepancy is investigated and reported to senior management.
15. Complete monthly Purchasing Card finance requirements.
16. Responsible for school banking.

Cranbourne Carlisle Primary School is located in Cranbourne North. Cranbourne Carlisle is a Public/Private Partnership School that lies in the south-eastern growth corridor, in the City of Casey. Currently, there are 589 students and 72 staff.
The curriculum at Cranbourne Carlisle is based on the Victorian Curriculum, incorporating English as an Additional Language curriculum. Teachers foster an environment that delivers differentiated learning within a curriculum based on discovery and inquiry in both flexible and traditional learning spaces. Our early years literacy program embeds a synthetic-phonics approach to learning language.
