Details: The Environment, Land and Technical Regulation branch is looking for someone with the ability to drive the progression of business processes including identifying, evaluating and encouraging opportunities for change and development to assist with the eDevelopment Replacement Program of works. The aim of the eDevelopment Replacement Project is to replace current systems with an efficient, cost effective and flexible solution to administer all of the Territory’s planning, building and leasing processes. Ultimately, the solution will streamline the interfaces between the application, assessment, advice, notification and inspection activities involved in these processes.The successful applicant will have strong research and analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to identify and develop specifications to deliver on-line business systems.
