Our client is an active private investment business with a large and diverse portfolio of assets under management.
About the role:
Due to the businesses ongoing growth, they are now seeking a bright and bubbly receptionist to join their team.
Duties will include;
* Daily sorting of incoming mail
* Arranging couriers
* Reception cover during lunch breaks and leave
* Assisting all walk-in enquiries
* Monitoring, ordering and replenishing stock
* Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are kept immaculate
* Making tea & coffee for any guests
* General data entry and administrative tasks
* Daily banking
Ideal Candidate
As an organised, efficient and articulate individual, you will use your initiative to support the small team around you. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a background in Retail or Hospitality, looking to kickstart their administration career.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
