As a Sales Relationship Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and managing key adviser relationships remotely (80% service / 20% sales ). Your responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement & Support
Manage a portfolio of adviser relationships, responding to inquiries via phone and email Identify opportunities for cross-selling and strengthen client engagement Provide post-meeting follow-ups and assist Regional Sales Managers in sales planning Track fund flows and market trends to identify key opportunities Prepare sales tools such as Morningstar analysis and competitor comparisons Maintain and update Salesforce records with client interactions Event & Campaign Support
Assist in organising industry events, T20 sessions, and Investment Forums Support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and targeted client communications Process & Project Management
Assist with state-based initiatives and team-wide sales campaigns Work closely with internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, Investments) to streamline sales operations What We're Looking For
3+ years of financial services experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of the financial planning industry and investment products Advanced Outlook and Salesforce skills RG146 compliance & relevant tertiary qualifications preferred Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills A team player who is adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented In return you will get the following:
