About the role: We're looking for experienced Foremen to join our team and lead a range of high-end residential projects. We have positions available across the Northern Beaches, North Shore, and Eastern Suburbs.As a Foreman, you will:Collaborate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and Red Oak Director to manage key projects.Read and interpret architectural plans and drawings to ensure accuracy.Lead and supervise a team of carpenters, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. Requirements: We're looking for individuals who have the following attributes: 3+ years experience as a Foreman, ideally in high-end residential work. Experience leading other carpenters to deliver on projects. Strong communication skills with a range of stakeholders.Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.Experience with project management software (Procore preferred).
