We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.About the opportunityAs Retail Data & Insights Manager, you will lead our Retail Analytics function in providing data-informed business decisions, supporting the development and delivery of Australia Post's P26 strategic objectives while optimising the day-to-day operations of the Post Office network.Reporting to the Head of Customer and Retail Analytics, you will design, structure and maintain key data and analytics assets as well as leading data-driven initiatives for the Retail Business Unit. The role is critical in ensuring both support office, but also the Post Office front of house teams can access key data required for superior customer outcomes and efficient store management.What you’ll deliver with usYou will analyse data and reports with a strong performance and commercial focus, working closely with Post Office stakeholders to interpret outcomes and drive data-informed decisions. You will develop and implement data strategies to ensure data integrity, uphold quality standards, and deliver actionable insights. Additionally, you will design and establish data collection systems and strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and improve overall data quality.You’ll alsoWork closely with Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs.Lead the Retail Data strategy and custodian requirements including data governance, data dictionaries, and key documentation.Provide reporting for weekly and monthly performance reporting, LPO bi-annual report, Annual and Board Reports data points, and other reports as required.About youWe are looking for a skilled data professional with expertise in data governance and data-driven storytelling. You excel at translating complex business needs into insightful questions and objectives, applying context to deliver meaningful outcomes. You will have success in transitioning manual processes into automated solutions, driving efficiency and innovation.
