An incredible opportunity for a Merchandiser to join our Trade Engagement team in Adelaide! Job description: Primary Responsibilities - Visit customers and stores as per prescribed call schedules Maintain store shelves with company product, tidying store shelves, removing out-of-date product, and providing optimum display of company products Observe inventory levels and prompt sales reps to reorder when stock level appears low Place re-orders with individual retailers as required to optimize stock levels where possible Recommend new line opportunities Solicit additional stock orders where opportunities exist Attend to fixtures and maintain presentation standards to requirements Fill fixtures as required with reserve stocks from stockroom and capping Check date codes and rotate stock as required Check quality and appearance of stocks to ensure saleability and report discrepancies that may be considered a product risk Check and report missing descriptive, flag tickets and store POS Check store range compliance against applicable layout profiles Build layouts and relay stores as required Complete merchandising call report, including POSM report and status, reporting competitor' activities, pricing, product ranging, promotional activities, displays, audit daily through SalesIQ Assist Sales Reps and shops with promotions by setting up regular small or large-scale display of product, replenish the product in the display and feedback to sales reps and team leaders re customer reaction to the display and promotions Contact demo promoters and being capable to illustrate demo briefings to demo promoters Conduct regular weekday and weekend in-store demos Conduct regular visit to restaurants and feedback sales reps and team leaders the info required. Distribute samples to shops and restaurants as requested, and generate a report to the team leader through SalesIQ Conduct and execute sales driven activities/campaigns as required The above may be subject to change from time to time and be willing to undertake any other responsibility as assigned by management as and when necessary.
