The applicant will strive to continue to grow the Senior School courses catalogue, that currently offers ATAR Modern History, Geography and General Business. The Head of Learning Area – HASS will work collaboratively with their team to ensure authentic, relevant, meaningful and challenging learning programs are delivered and are compliant with SCSA standards.Experience in leading or attending interstate camp is desirable, with the Civics and Leadership Tour a highlight for the learning area.The successful applicant would be a highly effective interpersonal leader with expertise in curriculum development, who works collaboratively with staff, students, carers and community to implement learning programs, while creating further data informed innovative opportunities to support student engagement, learning and achievement.
