Over time AgCode diversified their solutions to work for an array of specialty crops and continued to develop features based on specific customer needs. They have over 5,000 global users across a broad range of specialty crops, including wine grapes, citrus, nuts, and tree fruit, along with viticulture.
The Role:
AgCode are now seeking an Account Manager to be responsible for the following:
1. Develop new accounts, including onboarding, coordinating with a remote team
2. Provide support to existing clients, to ensure they are utilising the software to its full potential
3. Ensure customer designated employees complete AgCode lead training sessions and are competent in the use of AgCode
4. Establish a trusted advisor relationship to ensure customer satisfaction, providing timely response to customer enquiries
The Person:
We are keen to hear from you if you have:
5. Direct to grower sales and/or support experience
6. Tree nut, tree fruit, or wine grape field experience
7. Demonstrated comfort with technology – software and PC hardware
This is a great role with a well regarded international organisation with a leading edge software product, adaptable to a broad range of horticultural and viticultural operations.
It is a work-from-home role and the package includes a significant base salary plus commission, vehicle allowance, health insurance and superannuation.
