Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert advice, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensure alignment with HR policies and regulatory requirements, and drive change management initiatives to support successful project adoption. Conduct research and data analysis to inform HR project decisions, leveraging industry trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes. Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and processes, with the ability to navigate regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using data to inform strategic HR decisions. High-level organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives within an HR setting. The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia and a criminal check.
