About The Opportunity
An exciting 6-month fixed term contract opportunity now exists for a Logistics Coordinator to join Programmed, providing support to the Project Manager in the delivery of our Project of converting BP Branded sites to Shell brand livery. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the projects scheduling and planning is safely delivered.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure timely and cost-effective coordination of materials and products. You will help analyse data and collaborate with stakeholders to provide efficient, highly quality solutions for the business.
Nature of the position: 6-month, Fixed Term Contract
Location: Adelaide

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate logistics operations including materials and equipment for trade employees
* Issuing, accounting and provision of orders to suppliers
* Review and report use of all materials onsite
* Manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders
* Review of critical reports
* Organize and prepare any meetings required for the effective delivery of projects
About You
* Logistics experience highly desired
* Previous experience in administration
* Proactive approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail
* An excellent communicator with good written and verbal skills
* Strong stakeholder engagement experience
