Project Officer (Flexible Location) - HEW 6 ($92,573 - $99,972 + 17% Superannuation)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and providing documentation to support the management and coordination of gender-based violence primary prevention programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and provide necessary documentation to support program management and coordination.
* Provide high-level administrative and business support to the Incident Prevention and Education team as required.
* Review legislation, standards, and policy to ensure compliance with relevant authorities and best practice.
* Provide subject matter expertise on induction and compliance training.
* Plan and prioritize work, recognizing barriers and finding effective solutions.
* Communicate with confidence and increase understanding through examples.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience in project support or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
* Experience working in complex organizations with multiple policies and procedures.
* Knowledge of primary prevention principles or positive duty.
