As the Investigations Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of investigated insurance claims end-to-end in accordance with Adica policies and processes. You will gather evidence, conduct interviews and review documents to validate the circumstances of a claim. You will also assist the broader Fraud Risk and Investigations Team in executing Adica’s strategy to combat external insurance fraud.This opportunity will see you:Manage a portfolio of investigated claims per policies and procedures.Conduct recorded interviews, perform searches, request documents, and assess claim legitimacy.Review reports, analyse findings, and ensure compliance with regulations.Direct external investigators and assess their findings.Prepare reports with recommendations for claim acceptance or denial.Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.Promote a strong and resilient risk culture within Adica.This role will be based at our St Kilda Rd Office in Melbourne.Your Skills & ExperienceIt will be essential for you to have:Intermediate to Advanced insurance knowledge specifically within Investigations.Proficiency in insurance policy and claims systems.Strong knowledge of motor vehicle fraud risks, insurance investigations, and the General Insurance Code of Practice and Insurance Contract Act.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.What We Offer At AdicaAt Adica we put people first, we strive to create a workplace where all employees feel supported and empowered.
