We are on the hunt for an experienced and customer-centric Account Executive to bring their strong wholesale customer experience to our colourful world!
As our superstar Account Executive you will work closely with our Head of Sales towards achieving business strategies that result in the CAMILLA Brand meeting not only its financial targets but reach and Brand representation benchmarks.
You will be a natural relationship-builder with a passion for all things CAMILLA. You will be responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with your customers, ensuring you grow and maintain strong foundations.
On any given day, our Wholesale Account Executive will…
1. Executing components of the AU / NZ growth strategy
2. Understanding and contributing to seasonal territory and individual account sales targets to deliver sales targets
3. Assisting in and contributing to regular research, analysis and interpretation of AU / NZ customer target market, range and product category performance, stock sales performance
4. Management of major accounts and national specialty boutiques end to end.
5. Ensuring responsibilities regarding the national sell campaigns, showroom and sample management
6. Providing a superior level of sales and after sales service in every aspect
7. Exceptional communication with accounts that results in superior customer service experience
8. Executing after sale strategies to improve sell thru and customer experience such as visual merchandising guidelines, sales staff support, promotional/PR opportunities, product knowledge sessions and boutique VIP events
Our perfect new addition will possess the below:
9. 3-5 years Wholesale Account experience within the mid-luxury fashion industry
10. Exceptional relationship-building skills
11. Experience in JOOR
12. Experience in NetSuite and advantage
13. Impeccable communication style, both verbal and written
14. A strong analytical approach to budgets and forecasting
